Peach Fuzz - 5oz bottle

Peach Fuzz is a peachy chipotle style sauce with subtle ginger zing.  Smoky and peachy, this sauce sings!  The peaches come from our friends at Collins Family Orchards in Selah, WA.  This is our first chipotle sauce and when it came time to develop this recipe, we wanted to make it our way, plus Collins Family Orchard approached us about using their peaches for something around the same time so I thought maybe I could combine the two plus add a little ginger and BAM - Peach Fuzz was born!  Traditionally, chipotle sauce has a decent amount of tomato in it, but not this one!  The peaches make up for the absence of the sweet tomatoes and you'll never miss them! Try it on carnitas, crispy tofu, bbq, mac & cheese and even vanilla ice cream!!!

This is a seasonal sauce and we only produce it once per year - so get it while it's hot!
