We crafted this sauce in collaboration with our good friends at Sweet As Waffles in Bellingham, WA (our home). They have been huge Funky’s supporters since the beginning so we thought they needed a special bourbon infused spicy waffle topper made with maple syrup from our friends at “Maple Syrup Hunk” in the Upper Peninsula, MI!
This stuff is crazy good on pancakes and waffles (duh)! Also try it on warm brie cheese, sweet potatoes, pork, burgers, Mac and cheese or try sautéing some onions or mushrooms with a little bit! 🌶🔥🤘🏼
