Acid Ball - 5oz bottle

Acid Ball is an ode to our home town - Bellingham.  An acid ball is the term for this giant steel ball used to contain chemicals for a paper mill.  You can see the old relic from the now defunct paper mill on the Bellingham waterfront.  It's been relocated and turned into an art piece that glows in the night along the shore!

Made with fermented Red Savina habaneros, garlic, onion, carrot and red bell peppers this sauce is packed with flavor & serious heat. It's quite versatile, so try it on whatever you like!  We love it on eggs, pizza and mac & cheese!

This sauce is made just once per year in late fall and typically runs out so get it while it's HOT!
