The Ghost of Christmas is a fermented habanero and ghost pepper based sauce.  The chili makeup is about 80% habanero and 20% ghost to kick the heat up plus a good amount of garlic!  This sauce is definitely HOT but quite delicious and fruity from the peppers and carrots.  It's savory, got a little tang from the ferment and it's extremely versatile.  Try it on your breakfast, Mexican fare, pizza and mac & cheese!  

Once upon a time, this sauce was strictly for “friends & family” due to the small yield of Funky’s Farm.  Now, thanks to the peppers supplied by our friends at Southern Exposure Family Farm in Skagit county, WA, we are able to make a large batch to share with you!
