Stellar Fuzz is an accessible habanero based sauce with garlic and a hint of ginger.  It’s reasonably spicy but not too crazy for a habanero sauce. It's got a mild sweetness to it plus it's savory & hearty. Try it on curries, samosas, breakfast scrambles, lamb, fish and sweet potatoes.  Shake some into a bowl of soup, a stir fry or anything else you’d like to spice up!
