It’s kinda like a really tasty meteor-shower in your mouth!  We paired the Carolina reapers with plums and umeboshi vinegar to bring out the natural deep fruity flavor of the pepper.  Put this stuff on whatever you like as it is extremely versatile.  We love it on literally everything! Made with Skagit county, WA grown Carolina Reapers from our dear friends at Southern Exposure Family Farm (when in season).
