Space Madness is a hot sauce / maple syrup hybrid and it packs a punch due to the smoked ghost chilies and sugar rush peach peppers.  The heat is balanced by maple syrup, apricots and caramelized onions and then rounded out with bourbon, safron, celery seed and smoked sea salt.

 

We crafted this sauce in collaboration with our good friends at Sweet As Waffles in Bellingham, WA (our home).  They have been huge Funky’s supporters since the beginning so we thought they needed a special maple / bourbon infused spicy waffle topper.

 

This stuff is crazy good on pancakes and waffles (duh)!  Also try it on warm brie cheese, sweet potatoes, pork, burgers, Mac and cheese or try sautéing some onions or mushrooms with a little bit! 🌶🔥🤘🏼
