Radio Galaxie V 2026 - 5oz bottle - limited batch!

Our Radio Galaxie sauce is a celebration of super hot chilies! 

Every year the varieties of chilies in this sauce will vary but the recipe will not change, it will always be the same ratio and quantity of chilies. 🌶️  This sauce allows us to utilize any superhot chili grown here locally in our community that isn't necessarily already in another one of our sauces.  Fun fact, this sauce also contains chilies that we grow on our property!

Radio Galaxie is a fermented chili blend made in the Belizean style with onions, garlic and carrots.  It's extremely fruity on the nose and full of bold chili pepper heat & flavor with some relief from the sweetness of the carrots.  It's quite versatile and absolutely fantastic on tacos, breakfast burritos and pizza!

The heat will vary from year to year but it’ll always be in the upper range…we think it lands on the "ludicrously hot" mark this year!

Fermented? YES

We produce this sauce just once per year and it is limited so get it while it's HOT!

The chilies in this batch were grown by Southern Exposure Family Farm, Broomstick Farm, Firesign Organics and us! That’s right, this sauce has our very own home grown peppers in it! You could say that they’re grown on Funky’s Farm!💥🤣 
We’re super excited for this one and quite pleased with how it turned out. This sauce is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time! Also, a huge shoutout to our main man, the artist Tony Walters - aka @fatlizarddesigns for rocking the amazing art once again!!!
