Late Harvest Terra Luna - 5oz bottle

This late harvest version of Terra Luna is the exact same recipe as it's green counterpart (Terra Luna) and it's fermented as well, however, it's slightly sweeter and fruitier than the green one.  This is due to the sugars that form in the chilies as they fully ripen and turn red.  This sauce tastes like it has a spice blend in it even though it does not.  This flavor profile is purely a result of the fermentation which gives it some complexity along with it's mild ferment tang.  This sauce is versatile and we think it's great on mac & cheese, tacos, pizza, and breakfast burritos.

This is a seasonal sauce and we only produce it once per year.

Ingredients: White vinegar, red chili peppers (serrano, jalapeno, anaheim & poblano), onion, garlic, lime juice & sea salt.
