Named after one of my favorite Queen songs - In March of 1974 Queen played a show at The Rainbow in London and at 1.45 minutes into Ogre Battle, Freddie asks "How do you like the show so far?" It's one of the best moments in the history of rock and roll (IMHO)!

Ogre Battle is a super hot green chili based sauce with green habaneros, green reapers, tamarind, roasted garlic, cucumber, tomatillos, and cilantro plus a little gunpowder green tea!  It's deep and earthy with some bright herbaceous notes and sweet & sour undertones from the tamarind.  Try it on Mexican food & pizza and omelettes!
