Nirvana (5 year anniversary sauce) - 5oz bottle

Featured on Hot Ones™ season 29 - Nirvana is a Thai inspired superhot chili pepper sauce.  The recipe is based on the flavors in Tom Yum soup and like the soup, it contains galangal and kaffir lime.  It gets it's heat from Dragon's Breath (2nd hottest chili in the world) and Thai chilies.  Dragon's Breath chilies notoriously hit you at the back of your mouth and throat while the Thai chilies punch you right in the face and front of the mouth.  The sauce is balanced with banana, dragon fruit, orange & lime juice and upon first bite you will notice it's bright enlightened flavors and then followed with slightly delayed intense heat which comes on strong and takes you on an endorphin ride!

This sauce is inspired by our love for Thai cuisine and our quest for intense heat balanced with lots of flavor. We hope that these classic Thai ingredients along with fermented Dragon’s Breath chilies send you into a perfect state of Nirvana!  This is what transcendental meditation actually tastes like!  Made with love & always funky fresh!
